I help busy, burnt-out women reclaim their power and start living life on their own terms.
I'm a certified Athletic Therapist, Strength & Conditioning Coach, Nutrition Coach, Menopause Coach, and Life Coach. While I wear many hats, one truth ties everything together: your thoughts create your reality. And when you reclaim your thoughts, you reclaim your life.
Like many of us, my personal growth journey began in 2020, during the pandemic. Over the next four years, I committed to the deep work — rewiring my mindset and learning to fully believe that I am worthy, that I have time for what I make time for, and that I am 100% responsible for my results.
